Senior Vice President / Vice President - Crisis, Corporate Reputation/Social Responsibility

As a senior member of the MWW  Executive Management Committee, this individual will provide thought leadership in areas of expertise including participation in speaking platforms, networking events and bylined articles to grow MWW visibility and reputation;  develop new business initiatives; provide top-tier strategic counsel; maintain responsibility for setting a standard of excellent and consistent quality work; deliver excellent client service.

If you are a senior public relations counselor who runs toward the board room when the word crisis is uttered or is happiest when helping a client manage its reputation and its commitments to society, then we want to talk with you.  MWW Group, one of the nation's top public relations firms, is seeking a Senior Vice President of corporate, crisis communications and social responsibility to play a leadership role in developing and spearheading crisis management, corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation initiatives for our clients. 

Based in the NY/NJ area, this senior leader will be responsible for enhancing our existing platforms in corporate reputation management including development of thougt leadership programs, managing corporate reputation accounts and developing a portfolio of business in corporate reputation management, crisis management and corporate social responsibility.

The qualified candidate will have 8+ years of experience in on-the-ground management of high-profile client crises as well as experiencing developing and implementing crisis management protocols, trainings and audits to protect and prepare clients for potential events.  Additionally, this Vice President will have a track record of new business development in corporate reputation, crisis management and corporate social responsibility. 

The qualified candidate will have experience in working with corporations and relevant stakeholders from NGOs to media to community leaders on corporate social responsibility initiatives including but not limited to environmental sustainability.

A strong communicator, writer and strategist, the ideal candidate will be a high energy, collaborative individual who can manage teams while also rolling up his/her sleeves to work directly with clients to solve problems and implement programs. 

 The qualified candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
