What We Need


MWW has an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, strategic and creative Vice President, Technology Public Relations to join a dynamic team of professionals delivering world-class account support to a diverse mix of clients spanning the enterprise and consumer technology industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has experience within the enterprise tech and consumer tech sector that could include: big data and analytics, security and privacy, storage, e-commerce, health tech/digital health, mobile, B2B, B2C.

What Is Included


The Vice President position requires exceptional client management skills as well as the ability to manage and direct client account teams, lead creative planning process and continually develop and implement cutting edge, world-class program concepts for clients.  The Vice President should have an in-depth understanding of the fast paced technology industry, solid written and verbal communication skills, and a reputation for developing and nurturing strong client relationships.


  • Managing and directing client activities
  • Developing and implementing strategic PR and marketing strategies and plans
  • Conducting spokesperson and client tech and lifestyle media tours
  • Handling special media events, sponsorships and influencer programs
  • Drafting written materials, including presentations, press kits, releases and pitch letters
  • Other public relations and client-focused marketing related activities


What You Have to Have


  • Strong Media Relations experience (tech, business, and consumer tech)
  • Technology Industry experience – both enterprise and consumer tech experience considered
  • Attention to detail and quality delivery
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Proven skills in integrated planning and implementation (across PR and Marketing)
  • Strategic thinking and excellent writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute against multiple projects, including events, press material development, media briefings, product launches as well as handle new business
  • Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to support client objectives and narratives
  • Provide client counsel on tactical matters, linked to strategic plans
  • Anticipate client needs and prepare in advance
  • Manage relationships with client partners
  • Plan and execute media relations programs, events and launch activities
  • Corporate message and narrative development
  • Develop and execute events and workshops for client
  • Participate in client meetings and planning sessions
  • Develop and edit client materials
  • Travel to events and meetings with client/executives and on behalf of client
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field with 13-15 years public relations experience, technology preferred
