Are your days dull? Long? Boring? Would you enjoy a little chaos right about now? MWW is currently seeking a Creative Resource Manager, based in NYC, to work with our creative teams across all of our offices. This is a full-time position and reports to our Executive Creative Director.


About you

From project work to pitches, you can direct and coordinate the day to day agency creative and production efforts with positivity, a firm hand and a friendly smile. You’re part project manager, part design geek and part politician. You understand the creative mindset and process and can get the most out of the team while keeping their work-load fairly balanced, not minding at all when you need to roll up your sleeves and push a pixel or two yourself. You thrive in that fast-paced environment alongside those fast talkers with faster turn-around times and you can keep up with the best of them serving up world class creative the entire time.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Maintain the Creative Workflow requests to scope, staff and budget incoming projects
  • Manage budgets, timelines and provide project forecasting
  • Oversees creative and design teams output and provide guidance to department leads on team productivity. 
  • Evangelize for the creative team in order to maintain a consistently superior product.
  • Work closely with New Business, Digital and Account teams
  • Identify resource gaps and initiate external resource searches as needed
  • Review weekly utilization and time report data to ensure proper billing of project


Education and Experience

  • 4-7 years work of experience efficiently operating a Creative Services team, preferably in a Creative Agency or In-House team
  • Understanding of creative process including timing, effort and appropriate skillsets
  • Demonstrated competencies: attention to detail, flexibility, professional confidence, financial management; agency workflow process; team efficiency and client profitability
  • Digital experience is mandatory
  • Comfortable working under pressure with C Suite stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Technology skill sets: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs/Drive, CMS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
