    MWWPR are looking for a Senior Analyst interested in working with clients in Brand Marketing and PR/Communications to inform their business marketing decisions. This is a client-facing role requiring the ability to problem solve with clients effectively, and present professionally on several concurrent projects.


    Job Description


    The Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing, executing and delivering measurement and reporting programs for clients across the agency to help shape and support communications strategies and creative direction and provide meaningful and actionable insights. You will work closely with account teams across the agency, not only to inform their communication strategies and measure success, but also to shape and sell data-centric offerings to drive both organic and new business growth.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Analyze traditional, social and digital media data using qualitative and quantitative research methods
    • Leverage data to develop new insights with the goal of improving planning, deliverables, growth and efficiency
    • Identify trends and insights from data to generate actionable insights
    • Help develop internal processes and lead the analytic group in the management of projects and resources
    • Jointly develop business cases with account leads that clearly show impact of campaigns and initiatives on business objectives as well as ROI
    • Manage, organize, and clean data effectively and efficiently while reducing manual reporting and data redundancy
    • Use data visualization skills and tools to analyze, package and communicate reports to key stakeholders, both internally and to external clients



    • Ability to translate data into insights that help clients understand audience needs and behavioral drivers
    • Highly versed in analytic methodologies and modeling
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically the ability to convey research findings in a concise and effective manner
    • Ability to work individually and in a team setting
    • Ability to remain organized, driven, and focused on multiple projects at a time
    • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to new projects
    • Project/time/client management skills
    • Strong presentation and data visualization skills
    • Enthusiastic, eager, and curious


    Required Background & Qualifications

    2-5 years of experience in marketing/communications analytics and measurement

    Required research tools and skills: Sysomos, Google Analytics, Similarweb, Hitwise, Dow Jones’ Factiva, Netbase or Crimson Hexagon, Lexis Nexis, Mintel, Simmons or MRI, Facebook Insights, SQL, Tableau

    Nice to have: Python
