    MWWPR has an exciting opportunity available for a New Business Project Manager in our New York City office. This person is responsible for tracking activities, contacts and deadlines and keeping projects - and teams - moving forward. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a prospect and/or proposal/project database and assisting with assembling customized presentation materials for prospect meetings.


    • Track proposal and pitch activities, contacts and deadlines and keep projects - and teams - moving forward
    • Partner with New Business Leads, Research and Insights, and Design team to formulate RFP responses
    • Assist with and assemble customized presentation materials for prospect meetings
    • Vet and field incoming opportunities, help determine whether appropriate for MWWPR
    • Develop and maintain collateral, and other materials related to business development and marketing
    • Help evolve the new business process, capabilities and materials to maintain/expand MWWPR’s competitive advantage


    • Experience vetting and responding to RFPs from Fortune 500 companies required
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a new business manager or marketing position at a PR, Advertising or Marketing Communications Agency ideal
    • Must possess an eagerness to learn with a positive, team player attitude
    • Ability to think strategically and convey/communicate efficiently, creatively, and proactively
    • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to create cohesive and well thought-out proposals
    • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
    • Confident and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
    • Experience with CRM Database management
    • BA/BS degree
