    MWWPR has an exciting opportunity available for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to help impact the daily challenges of the entire organization, with a focus on supporting some of the senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with administrative skills including heavy calendar management experience for senior executives, travel arrangements including all pre-travel prep and post-travel evaluation, excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, strong aptitude for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet research savvy and well-versed in digital strategies and social networking. This position will be based in our Los Angeles office.


    In addition to mastery of general administrative assignments, the successful candidate will be instrumental in working with the senior executives to manage and organize all facets of their day-to-day activities required for seamless functionality of their business including:

    • Ability to be results focused in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities through to completion, including the ability to juggle multiple assignments and manage demanding, complex schedules
    • Ability to work independently and complete assignments with initial direction; able to think on your feet
    • Understanding of MWW’s business and knowledge of contemporary business procedures
    • Cultivate and apply strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Coordinating complex and shifting schedules to facilitate meetings
    • Comfortable liaising with and communicating to all levels of the organization, from junior staff up to the executive team
    • Gathering information for meetings and presentations as directed
    • Handles matters with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
    • Respond to requests for information from clients, account staff and other agency employees in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
    • Understanding and utilization of technology; proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, social media
    • Heavy office support – signing for packages, ordering office supplies and greeting guests



    • 2 – 5 years of experience supporting Senior level executives as an Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant, including preparing time logs and expenses
    • Strong preference to those with experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint
    • Agency experience is a plus

    • Poised and polished with a sense of humor
    • Working hours 8 am to 5 pm
