    MWWPR has an opportunity available in our Los Angeles, CA office for an Office Services Manager. The Office Services Manager supports the team and the culture of the entire office- the ideal candidate will have a depth of experience providing high quality customer service in an office services role, some demonstrated administrative and IT skills, and perhaps most importantly, an outgoing, fun-loving personality.  





    Primary responsibilities:

    • Prepare for new hires and facilitate their onboarding into their new work space, close out employee workspaces after their departures
        • Greet all visitors to the office and assist with planning team events, including our annual Holiday Party and Summer Outing
    • Oversee meeting management and general administration for the LA office, which includes:
    • Manage supplies and food delivery for meetings
    • Set up / break down conference rooms for meetings
    • Support IT for all meetings, as needed, as the on-site point-of-contact
    • Manage all inventory and aesthetics/cleanliness for office, including food and supplies
    • This includes:
    • Order and manage all food delivery and organization, as well as office supply delivery and organization
    • Ensure that all storage areas are neat, organized, and being maintained in accordance with standard operating procedures  
    • Load and unload dishwasher, maintain clean kitchen surfaces and refrigerator on an ongoing basis
    • Oversee mail operations; facilitate the delivery of mail and the posting of outgoing mail and packages
    • Serve as liaison to MWWPR Finance, Admin, IT as needed




    • Success factors:

      ·         2-4 years of experience in an office services position required

      ·         Experience in a client-service / professional services environment is a plus

      ·         Proactive with an eye toward above-standard aesthetics and continuous improvement

      ·         Willing to come in early and stay late when necessary without having to be asked

      ·         Acknowledging all requests and reporting statuses without follow up needed by requestors

      ·         Polished communication skills, neat presentation and a ready-to-pitch-in persona  

      ·         Ability to listen and show tolerance towards situations and others

      ·         Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new things

      ·         Strong work ethic, self-starter, pleasant attitude
