    Are you a PR professional who is a true “business news junkie” and can visualize clients in the headlines?     We are looking to hire a new member to join our B2B team to play a key role on several pieces of business. This role is essentially the engine that keeps the motor running on the day-to-day basis and ensures that communications programs are carried out with perfection. A real self-starter and someone looking for an opportunity to grow.    


    Ideal candidates will have experience working at a public relations agency or within a communications department, with direct experience developing, pitching, and executing on fully integrated communications programs, preferably for the corporate sector.  


    We are seeking a candidate with superior writing skills, excellent media relations skills, the ability to liaise and provide meaningful client counsel; a person who can manage and mentor entry level staff, but work with senior leaders to continually bring fresh ideas to the table; a person who knows the importance of traditional media relations, but has an understanding of digital strategy and experience integrating social media to campaigns.  


    This role is perfect for someone with 5-7 years under his/her belt, who would like the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and clients; results-driven and an aptitude to bring creative ideas from strategy through execution. Strong media relations skills is a must for this role, however, this position requires a multi-tasker who can provide social/digital counsel and strategy, is passionate about providing excellent and professional client service, and has his/her hand on the pulse of media at all times.  



    How we know you’re the one: 

    Because you’re B2B generalist with 7+ years and can demonstrate the following attributes: 

    • Great communicator and media relations skills 
    • Experience managing staff across multi-dimensional accounts (both up and down) 
    • Excellent process and organizational skills; attention to detail a must as this primary focus is staying ahead of client and keeping the team focused on meeting deliverables 
    • Quality control for junior staff work product 
    • Track record of meeting deadlines with a multi-client workload 
    • Demonstrated experience maintaining client interaction on a daily basis with client and help the account team retain and grow the business 
    • Ability to “get smart quickly”- understand and learn different business sectors swiftly 
    • Strong track record of generating targeted impactful earned coverage
