  • Overview

    MWWPR is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our digital practice and provide digital strategy across a range of corporate communications and B2B clients. This role will sit in New York but support teams across the agency.   This AS will be the engine that keeps the motor running on a day-to-day basis and ensures that our digital programs are integrated with our media relations teams and executed flawlessly.  The ideal candidate is proactive and incredibly organized, with a proven track record of managing up and down, and is a great multi-tasker, used to providing incredible client service on multiple accounts at once. 

    Responsibilities

    ·         Manage multiple facets of client programs including social strategy development, campaign execution, community management, and analytics and reporting 

    ·         Propose and implement digital and social media engagement strategy for clients alongside supervisors; develop content strategy and plans  

    ·         Regularly counsel client on digital and social media strategies around both long-term and event-driven programs 

    ·         Manage the overall quality of work on multiple accounts by demonstrating professionalism and team leadership as a day-to-day client contact; assist in successfully growing existing accounts 

    ·         Draft proposals, budgets, staffing plans and timelines for client projects and new business prospects; partner with VP for responsibility on budgetary issues, including account profitability 

    ·         Understand how to determine online measurement and ROI metrics needed evaluate campaign results against objectives; evaluate results against objectives, programs and plans 

    ·         Supervise the work of account team members by setting priorities, delegating responsibilities and maintaining deadlines; manage projects and plans to ensure implementation within budget 

    ·         Continue to develop and strengthen good relationships with key influencer contacts 

    ·         Finalize visibility, content and conversation audits that provide strategic counsel and insight 

    ·         Deliver client-ready materials, including strategic programs/plans; edit junior team materials  

    ·         Contribute to new business proposals, including research, pitch preparation, ideation, deck draft and presentation

    ·         Recognize new business opportunities and elevate to supervisors; maintain and develop contacts and networks for new business 

    ·         Mobilize and motivate account team and junior reports; mentor and supervise junior staffers

    • Manage social media presence at client events, including real-time monitoring and live content creation support

    Qualifications

    ·         5-7 years experience that includes digital marketing, content strategy and development and social media management

    ·         Prior experience with social media listening and measurement platforms

    ·         Knowledge of social media advertising options and management on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn

    ·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

    ·         Experience managing staff across multi-dimensional account; experience managing quality control of junior staff work product

    ·         Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing frequent tight deadlines

    ·         Demonstrated experience maintaining client interaction on a daily basis and helping the account team retain and grow the business

    ·         Ability to “get smart quickly”- understand and learn different business sectors swiftly
