    The AE is a social strategist and savvy analyst with experience collaborating on fast moving projects. The AE is committed to creative problem solving and flawless execution, and measuring ROI is a must. This person will have a passion for digital and social media, and supporting their peers and managers as they manage ground-breaking digital programs.



    • Measure the impact and return of social media and digital advertising on overall communications or PR efforts by developing reports to monitor performance, trends, and opportunities within digital channels; work with client and account teams to define KPIs for success
    • Manage day-to-day community engagement on client social platforms
    • Prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports for clients
    • Implement updates to client sites, social platforms and/or applications for select accounts
    • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and online media; gain familiarity with influencers specialism/interest; engage influencers and online media to share client news
    • Exhibit effective project management and servicing broader account teams; keep account team abreast of timelines and deadlines
    • Assist with content strategy planning; draft visibility, content and conversation audits
    • Assist in paid strategy, including working with the team to boost/whitelist relevant content
    • Work closely with creative team to develop content that is engaging and meets brand guidelines
    • Conduct research to support new business pitches and contribute to creative brainstorms; begin to develop presentation skills
    • Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success; participate actively in account team strategy sessions and brainstorms
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and industries, and the industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client
    • Provide client counsel on tactical matters linked to strategic plans; anticipate client needs and prepare in advance\Participate in new business to build social and digital strategy and metrics analysis into pitch proposals for new clients
    • Begins to develop knowledge of the full services of MWW, procedures and business methods
    • Provides mentorship to junior staff (Associates, Account Coordinators, Associate Account Executives); facilitate teamwork and learning opportunities by delegating and involving junior staff whenever possible; train account team members to assist in analysis / data gathering


    • At least 2-3 years of experience serving in a full time social media / digital strategy role, either in a public relations agency or the communications department of a company in a relevant industry
    • Experience working with or a passion for a blend of consumer brands and corporate accounts is a plus
    • Superior oral and written communication skills; proofreading and editing ability
    • Maintain a professional, client-ready demeanor and presence; keep a high standard of etiquette in all communications and interactions
    • Demonstrated proficiency with and affinity for digital tools and platforms (including social media), and the digital landscape overall
    • Fluency in social media tools (e.g. Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, Tapinfluence, etc.)
    • Experience with a CMS (such as Sprinklr)
